1. Digital Products (Curated Sound Packs & Learning Kits)
- All purchases of digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
- If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing a working download link, or
- Replacing the file with a correct version.
- Refunds will only be issued if we cannot resolve the technical issue.
2. Custom Music Tracks
- Due to the personalised nature of these products, all sales are final once work has begun.
- If you provide incomplete or incorrect information in the request form, we will produce your track using the details given — revisions may incur an additional fee.
- If we are unable to deliver your track due to our own fault, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pre-Orders
- If you cancel a pre-order before production starts, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once production starts, the sale becomes final.
4. Refund Exclusions
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of compatibility with your playback device (we provide file format details before purchase).
- Issues caused by your internet connection or device storage limitations.
